This journey is for professionals and leaders who have built something real, a career, a reputation, a life that works on the outside, and yet know they have become disconnected from themselves in the process.
It is a six-month process designed around your real life, your real tensions, and the patterns underneath them.
Application required · By design, I work with a limited number of people at this depth at any one time.
"You are capable. You are respected.
And yet, something doesn't quite add up."
This journey is for the professional or leader who has built something real: a career, a reputation, a life that looks coherent from the outside. And yet, somewhere along the way, the version of you who gets things done has become more familiar than the version of you who actually feels free, honest, or at ease.
You know how to make decisions. But too often they come from pressure, pleasing, fear, habit, or what seems sensible to others, not from a place that feels fully your own. You may be reliable, capable, and highly functional in the eyes of others, while privately feeling disconnected from what you actually want, feel, or need.
You know how to meet expectations, carry responsibility, and keep going. What is harder now is being honest with yourself while doing it. Your life may still look stable from the outside. But something in you is no longer willing to keep living on autopilot.
This journey requires real commitment: time, presence, and financial investment. It is not for those looking for quick frameworks, accountability structures, or a motivational boost. If you want tools and techniques, there are many programs that will serve you better.
This is for those ready to examine what is actually driving their life, and willing to sit with what they find.
Most coaching is responsive, you bring what's alive, I ask questions, we explore together session by session. My work is different. I begin with diagnosis. I read your application and questionnaire. I map the landscape of where you are now, the patterns underneath your choices, what's been conditioned versus what's authentically yours. Then I design a specific 6-month architecture tailored entirely to you.
The coaching happens within that design. Not a series of standalone sessions, but an intentional journey with specific thresholds, progression, and integration.
Why? Because identity reconstruction requires more than responsiveness. It requires strategy. Architecture. Design.
I bring two things to this work:
The designer's mind: 15+ years building learning architectures for organizations. I see systems. I see how change actually happens. I design progression, not just conversation.
The coach's presence: Deep listening. Emotional attunement. The ability to hold space while you examine what's true. To ask the questions nobody else dares ask.
Most practitioners choose one or the other. I bring both. That's why the work goes deeper.
Most approaches work at the behavioral level, shifting habits, changing responses, taking different actions.
This journey looks at what's underneath: the identity patterns you've been shaped into, the roles you learned to play, the ways you've learned to override yourself, and the parts of you that already know another way is possible.
And it doesn't just understand these patterns. It redesigns your relationship to them, and to yourself.
Because this journey is tailored to the person, no two processes look exactly the same. Still, across previous clients, certain shifts tend to emerge over time, not as instant breakthroughs, but as deeper changes in how people relate to themselves, make decisions, and move through life.
You reconnect with who you actually are
Beneath the roles, the conditioning, the versions of yourself you've had to become, something more original begins to surface.
Your decisions shift from reactive to authored
You make choices from internal knowing, not external pressure. What others think begins to carry less weight than what you actually know to be true.
You rebuild trust in yourself
The person you actually are becomes more familiar than the person you perform as. That familiarity changes everything.
Your leadership becomes more grounded
Because it's coming from somewhere real, not from a script, a role, or a version of yourself designed to manage others' expectations.
You experience a different kind of aliveness
Not from achieving more, but from finally being yourself. That distinction, once felt, is impossible to unfeel.
Transformational Facilitator & Leadership Designer
I didn't start as a coach. Over 15+ years, I worked across strategy, organizational transformation, and human development, consciously moving deeper toward the psychology and human behavior that actually drives change.
I spent years designing learning architectures and facilitating transformation at scale, building how leaders develop in complex environments. But I realized something: you can architect systems beautifully, but if the person at the center doesn't know who they are, nothing sustainable shifts.
That's when the question became clear: why couldn't I bring this same capability — all the rigor, intentionality, and architecture I'd developed for organizations — directly to individuals?
So I did. I brought the architect's capability to individual transformation. Not responsive coaching. Diagnostic design. A 6-month bespoke journey shaped entirely around who you are, what's driving you, and who you're becoming.
My work is shaped not only by professional experience, but by lived experience. Over the years, I have built a life across three continents, reinvented myself more than once, and walked through deep personal change myself. I understand ambition, pressure, adaptation, and the cost of losing touch with yourself while trying to build a meaningful life.

You leave your first name, last name, LinkedIn profile, and email address. That is the beginning.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a thoughtful set of reflection questions. They are designed to help you look more closely at where you are in your life, what feels alive or unresolved, what is at stake if nothing changes, and what makes this the right moment for deeper work. This is not a test. It is the first layer of the journey.
I read every application personally. Based on your answers, I begin to map the direction of your journey, your starting point, the deeper work that may be needed, and the kind of process that could help you expand your capacity, make more honest choices, and grow into a more grounded and authentic version of yourself.
This conversation is a chance for us to meet, get to know each other, and sense whether the connection feels right for this kind of work. I will walk you through the bigger picture of your journey: the core areas that may need attention, how I understand the work ahead, how the process is designed, and the practical aspects of the six months together. It is also a space for your questions, so you can get a clear sense of the work, the structure, and whether this journey feels right for you. After the conversation, you receive a written summary and have three days to decide whether you would like to begin.
Once you decide to move forward, we begin a six-month journey together, held through three sessions each month, supported by integration between sessions, and shaped around the deeper work that is ready to happen.
The final phase consolidates what has shifted and turns it forward, into how you lead, how you decide, and how you live from here. The journey ends with a dedicated closing session: a deliberate marking of who you have become and what you are carrying forward.
No. This is not therapy, and I'm not a therapist. We're not analyzing your past or diagnosing anything. The work is forward-looking and design-focused.
That said, therapeutic principles may emerge, like deep listening, emotional safety, the ability to stay with hard feelings. But the container is transformational design, not clinical treatment.
If you're dealing with acute mental health challenges, therapy is the right space. This work is for people who are psychologically stable but identity-disconnected.
Most coaching is responsive. You bring what's on your mind, I ask questions, we explore together session by session.
My work is diagnostic and designed. I read your application, map the landscape of where you are, then design a specific 6-month architecture tailored to you. The coaching happens within that design.
So instead of 18 standalone conversations, you're moving through an intentional journey with specific progression and integration.
The best way to find out is to apply. You'll receive a questionnaire with reflection questions designed to help you look honestly at where you are, what's driving your life, and what's at stake.
Taking time to answer these thoughtfully has its own value, you're bringing your whole situation onto paper, which often brings surprising clarity just in the process of writing it. And there's zero commitment at this stage.
Once you send the completed questionnaire, we schedule a design discovery session. In this conversation, I walk you through the big picture of what a 6-month program would look like specifically for you. We get to know each other. We sense whether the connection feels right.
There's no pressure. If it's not the right fit, that's completely okay. But most people find that by the end of the discovery session, they know.
Three sessions per month, typically 90 minutes each. Between sessions, there are integration practices, usually 15-30 minutes a few times a week, depending on what's emerging.
It's not overwhelming, but it does require real presence and follow-through. This isn't a program you can half-do. If you're too stretched or distracted to be present, it's better to wait until you have the space.
Most people feel shifts within the first month, moments of clarity, a different way of seeing things, small decisions made differently.
But identity reconstruction isn't linear. The real transformation happens over time, through repetition and integration. By month three, most people report feeling noticeably more grounded. By month six, the changes are usually substantial and lived, not just understood.
But this isn't a quick fix. It's deep work.
The journey ends with a dedicated closing session where we mark what's shifted and what you're carrying forward.
Some people choose to continue with ongoing monthly sessions for integration and support. Most people find they have enough foundation and awareness to move forward independently.
The choice is entirely yours based on what feels right when we get there.
Genuine readiness to look honestly at what's driving your life.
Consistent time commitment. 18 sessions over 6 months, approximately 3 per month. This work requires momentum. If prioritising yourself consistently doesn't feel possible right now, wait until it does. That's when this work becomes real.
Real financial investment over 6 months.
If any of these feel uncertain right now, that's okay - you might be ready at a different time.
But if this feels like a clear yes to all three, let's begin. Leave your details below. You'll receive a reflection questionnaire. It will help you gain clarity on where you are, and help me understand how I can best accompany you in this journey.
